PRANAYAM




PRANAYAM has four stages.


One has to undergo these stages step by step gradually.


PRANAYAM is very dangerous for the practice.


One has to be very careful in practicing PRANAYAM.


It is advisable to practice under the personal guidance.

Constant practice of BREATHING EXERCISES and PRANAYAM leads to the first stage of MEDITATION.
